Background[]
I Love You So F***ing Much (or ILYSFM) was first teased in their video for the 2023 Spotify Wrapped, shown to those who were in the 1% of listeners. They then went into a near-radio-silence until February 2024, when random fans began to receive mysterious letters in the mail. These messages contained, among other phrases: "I love you so fucking much", "what do you think about when you think about love?" and "never really said that i loved you too".
Later, they released song snippets from their new music on a SoundCloud account called hal9000000, which at the time of writing is still up. They also confirmed that their album would be space-themed.
The first single from the album, "Creatures In Heaven", was released on 3 April. They later released official tour dates.
The band also played several small shows in California, Mexico, Australia, Indonesia, and London.
The second single off the album, "A Tear In Space (Airlock)" was released on 7 June, along with a music video for said single.
After releasing the single and music video, they announced a mini-tour of England venues, at which they played many of the songs from this album.
They then commenced a series of listening parties at record stores all over the world. Most were located in the United States, but there were many in other countries as well. There was also a listening party on their Discord server.
Later, they went on their Tour of Earth, visiting places all over the world. Most of their shows were located in the West, but they also played in various places in Asia. Around this time, they released Wonderful Nothing as a single.
