How to Be a Human Being is the second studio album by the British indie rock band Glass Animals. It was released on August 26th, 2016 by Wolf Tone and Caroline International in Europe, and Harvest Records in the United States.
Background[]
How To Be A Human Being was written soon after the tour for ZABA. Each song on the album is inspired by the hundreds of stories the band heard from people they met on their tour. Each of the actors on the cover represents a song, and each song represents a character portrayed by the actors. The list of actors who played the various characters in How To Be A Human Being included Brock Brenner, Dorian Hampton, Camila Ivera, Pat Janssen and Heidi Kaufman. Many of the actors were included in the various music videos for the songs off How To Be A Human Being.

Note: On CD copies of the album, "Premade Sandwiches" is put at the end of the track "Cane Shuga" instead of being its own track. Pork Soda's length on the album version is 4:14; the radio edit is 3:15. The radio edit for the track "Agnes" was also made shorter, being 3:35 long.
